Biography

Ian is the chairman and founder of World Development. He is the world’s first self-made black millionaire under age 25. Ian was featured on the cover of Canadian Business Magazine in 1984.

He is the former CEO of New World Marketing which was briefly the world’s largest direct bookseller before demand exceeded supply. Ian created over 2,500 full-time jobs, across 100 major US cities, with over $100 million in pro-rated annual revenue.
