Ninety percent of the construction process takes place in a climate-controlled environment in one of our integrated SmartFactories, resulting in precision quality and only 1% waste.

Our buildings use anti-corrosion and fire-retardant technologies to ensure a longer building life cycle, which will last 10 times longer than conventional buildings, and up to 96 percent of the building is recyclable at end of life.
